Can you connect an mp4 player to your TV to watch it? If so with what? Thanks! (It's not an Apple Ipod it's just some weird brand from Japan or something and the only places you can like put stuff in are the headphone hole thing and the USB thing.)

I guess the only way then in that case is to connect it up to an external box such as a dvd or blu-ray player/recorder which has a USB input on it.

Don't know about yours, consult your manual. On mine, the USB port is used for BD live memory and to play mp4 video, to accept a wifi connection and to display jpeg's from thumb drives.
