blu ray player trial image
Q. I have a movie that I want to see but its a blu-ray movie. I dont have anything else that will play a blu ray disc. Is there any website that I could download a player that is free and without viruses attached?
Answer
You will need PowerDVD which costs $90 or WinDVD which costs $60. They both have 30 day free trials. I don't know of any free media programs that play Blu-Ray discs. Maybe in the future.
I assume you have a Blu-Ray drive as well. If you don't, you will have to buy one.

Is there such thing as a FREE Blu-Ray Player software?
Carmen
I bought an external Blu-Ray Player for my laptop and there is a driver for it, but it does not come with a player. I downloaded a few Blu-Ray Player softwares and they were all trials. I would like to find one that is completely free.
If you know of one, that would be awesome and greatly appreciative.
Thank you so much.
Answer
You can use Media Player Classic - Home Cinema to play Blu-Ray discs. It's open source & free.
http://mpc-hc.org/
FYI It also plays DVDs & numerous video & audio formats. You wont need another media player.
