Can I program and record tv shows from a blu ray player and if so can you re-record over the discs like you would do with a vcr tape? I am new to all this new Digital recording

NO...it is not a recorder and no you cannot copy over the disc's.

It is a "player"...it is the only true 1080p resolution display from a blu-ray disc. You need a 1080p HDTV to see the incredible displayed video to truly understand and appreciate it.

Blu-Ray is a type of disc, like DVDs and CDs. Blu-Ray is more advanced, that's all. You need a special player for it. Blu-Ray players can read Blu-Ray and DVDs and CDs. PS3 is the only game console that supports Blu-Ray games.

I recently got a Panasonic DMP-BDT210 Blu-ray player. I noticed the remote for it had a section on it of buttons for your tv. How do I program it for my tv? I can't find codes, or instructions anywhere.

I bought a dynex blu-ray control on amozon and dnt know if I can use it on my samsung blu-ray player. Trying to use this control cause I lost my original control so if anyone can help me I would apreciate it?

Return it. Nobody's Blu Ray remote will work with another brand's Blu Ray player, despite the fact that they may operate TV's or other devices. Buy a universal remote.

I have a philips BDP2900/F7 blu ray player and a philips cl043 universal remote and i need to know how to program the blu ray player with the remote, i dont have any codes and the remote doesn't have a option for the device just tv,dvr,dvd,cbl,sat,hd,aux can this remote work with the player or am i out of luck?
