Got a Panasonic blu-ray player and i'am taking it back. It doesn't have Pandora. I was wondering what blu-ray player's remote is best for streaming use. I know I saw a Vizio tv remote that had a slide out key board. Do they make blu-ray players. I just didn't see one at bestbuy. That is what I am looking for, something easier to type searches in. .

Vizio brand is only sold at bargain price retail store. They are not a good quality or reliable brand. Panasonic is one of the most reliable player in the market today. They always have a player being recommended from day one. Blu Ray disc player are just that, they are players and they do not have a keyboard. You can however connect online to stream movie online. Hope this will help you out.

I can log onto youtube on my computer but can't do the same from mt sony blu ray player.

There is a difference between accessing YouTube with a PC and an account, and accessing the videos through an "app". The apps do not support accounts. You can search for videos, but you cannot access your playlists or accounts through the apps.

When they start shipping Televisions and Players with full-sized keyboards, then the apps will probably start to support letting you log in and stuff.

But an app is not a web page. They do not assume you have a keyboard or a mouse so the feature set is limited.
