So i need a 32" Plasma or LCD TV that has Full HD resolution (1920x1080) pixels and also supports all the TV formats (PAL, NTSC, SECAM) and as well all voltages ranging from 110-240 Volts. It's really hard finding something like this and i need your help!

Answer
NO, you really DON'T need a 1080p 32"! You can't see the difference between 1080p and 720p/1080i unless:
1. You have a screen of at least 50" ( or sit with your nose almost up against the TV: and
2. You have a Blu-ray player with a 1080p BRD.

There is only 1 32" plasma and it is JUNK! For superior performance and reliability, look at the Panasonic, Sony, and Toshiba LCDs n 32".

Will my Chinese Sony TV work in the UK?

Bunmi a

I recently moved back with a tv (kdl40w4500) from china and wondering if it will work in the uk

Answer
Hello Ade, it will surely work. Only what you need check up may be the voltage rating of China and UK to be sure they are same 220-240 Volts. I guess your TV is a Sony product but the 40-inch Samsung (LE40A750U) I bought in the UK in December actually works here at home without any needing any step up/down transformer (voltage converter). But the Sony Blu-ray disc player I bought last 2 weeks in Canada needs a step-down transformer (voltage converter) because the US/Canada voltage rating is 110-125V range, which i just got today. So, check the voltage rating of your chinese TV to be sure it's the same as the UK voltage rating. If it is written as 110-240 Volts, it's okay too and that will work anywhere without any adaptor like a laptop I got from same Canada. Take care and God bless! Gbenga.
